MERLE NORMAN®, MERLE NORMAN® COSMETICS, MERLE NORMAN® Cosmetic Studio, LUXIVA®, or any combination of these names, trade names, trademarks and any other trademarks used on Merle Norman products and in connection with Merle Norman services, are owned by Merle Norman.

Service Marks

Merle Norman's service marks emphasize that Merle Norman Studios do more than just sell products --the Studios provide personalized skin care and color consulting services. The service mark, GOLD MEDALLION STUDIO®, which only Gold Medallion Studios are authorized to use, identifies certain Studios as having reached a high level of quality and service.
